Who Are You?
Hi, I'm Olivia Schneider, the Marketing Assistant at the Rossen Law Firm. I graduated from Lynn University in 2018 with a bachelors degree in International Business Management, and again later in 2019 with a masters degree in Business with a concentration in International Business Management. During my time at Lynn University, I served on the College of Business' official advisory board. I was also the Graduate Assistant for the university's Office of Marketing and Communication.
Why did you choose the marketing field?
I have always been drawn to marketing and learning how to promote a product or service better to increase customer satisfaction. When I was five, my dad and I made a lemonade stand and went around the town handing out flyers in his Firebird, spreading the word about our unique lemonade. When I know there is a superior service or product, I want to make more people aware of that superior product or service. By marketing for the Rossen Law Firm, I love that I can help change peoples lives by making them more aware of who we are and what we do.
What made you decide to join the Rossen Law Firm?
I joined the Rossen Law Firm because I can see the vision Adam has in his head for the firms future, and I want to help execute those plans to make it a reality. Adam places a high value on customer service and takes a genuine interest in our client's lives, which is why we give them our personal cellphone numbers so they can reach us 24/7. The way the Rossen Law Firm operates is like a breath of fresh air, and I am going to help make it grow.
Why do you love your job?
I love working at the Rossen Law Firm because it is a fun yet responsible environment that has a very familial feel and makes me excited to show up every day and be a rockstar!
What do you do when you're not working at the Rossen Law Firm?
My greatest pleasure is being outside and near the water, so when I'm not working, you can usually find me at the beach having fun with all of my friends. Second to the beach, I love to shop, so if you're looking for me and didn't see me at the beach, check the mall!
