Who are you?
Hello, my name is Anais and I am a Paralegal & Client Success Coordinator at Rossen Law Firm. I was raised and graduated High School in Naples, Florida. I went to the University of Illinois at Chicago to begin my college career and worked towards a double major in Criminal Justice and Sociology. Now I live in Coconut Creek with my older sister and I plan to continue my academic career. The criminal justice system has always fascinated me. This is one of the reasons why I decided when I was 15 that I wanted a career in the F.B.I. Since then, I've been determined to reach this goal and I am so honored that working at Rossen Law Firm is the first step toward this achievement.
How do you help clients of the firm?
At this law firm, we attempt to make the experience of our clients as pleasant as possible. This being said we juggle several tasks to relieve the stress of everyone who comes in asking for our help. This office is a fast-paced environment and fortunately, I am the type of person who thrives in that sort of setting. I love calling clients with great news regarding their case but it is also rewarding to have the opportunity to listen to their concerns and assist them in every way I can.
Why do you love your job?
I love working here because of the high standards and values at Rossen Law Firm has. We genuinely care for our clients, which is incredibly unique as many other firms simply want to finish a case as soon as possible to move on to the next case. This law firm strives for greatness by working hard as a team toward the best outcome every single time - no matter the case. I am so pleased to work somewhere that shares the same values as myself.
What do you do when you’re not working at Rossen Law Firm?
When I am not working, I spend a lot of time working out and cooking. My sister and I are very health conscious and that tends to be how we motivate each other to get better every day! Fun physical activities, such as taking a jog in the park, partnered with shopping at Whole Foods for cooking new meals is our favorite past time. I received my love of cooking from my mother so it's the best when my mom, two sisters, niece, and I are all together because we get to enjoy great food and share good laughs. Lastly, I love music, singing, dancing, and anything that includes those things. I sang on stage often during my time in Chicago and I was actively involved in my chorus groups during High School. If you ever need a vocalist for one of your events, feel free to contact me!
